My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. While I had my expectations, especially during a difficult time, the treatment I encountered made it hard to enjoy my visit. The management seemed to be under pressure, which negatively affected the service and the atmosphere. Hot water was a hassle, requiring constant requests, and I felt like they were eager to close down operations rather than assist the guests. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
